A converted garden room. It is entirely self contained allowing guests total privacy and independence. It is separated from the main house by the garden and there is side access. It is has been redecorated in a fresh modern style for relaxation and comfort. Although it is a studio it is spacious and light and provides all amenities required for a short stay. There is under floor heating. Suitable for single travellers and couples. Not suitable for families though we could provide a cot. There is a new king size bed. In the kitchen there is a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Weather not guaranteed but there will be garden furniture for outside refreshments for guests use. We both work, sometimes from home but otherwise near by so can be available to greet and offer help for tips and local information. This is a green, safe and peaceful neighbourhood on a quiet residential street. There is easy access to the river Thames, Twickenham rugby ground, Bushy and Richmond Royal parks. A must for parkrun fanatics with Bushy parkrun nearby! Also Hampton Court Palace, Kew Gardens and central London. There are local corner shops and supermarkets in Twickenham. There are many restaurants and pubs which serve a vast variety of foods. The nearest pub, which also serves traditional pub food, is two minutes walk away. There is a Thai restaurant (Sopa) tucked out of the way by Strawberry hill station which is highly recommended. There are two train stations to Waterloo with access to central London. Strawberry hill, 10 mins walk and Twickenham, 20 mins walk. From these it is also a short ride to Richmond for access to the London underground District Line. This takes you to Kew Gardens and the museums at South Kensington. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, one side in to Twickenham for the rugby stadiums and the other side for Bushy park and Hampton Court. Radnor park is across the road which is on the riverside and has a children's playground. From Twickenham you can walk along the river in to Richmond. We are located close to the M3 and M25 network and we are approx 10 miles from Heathrow airport.
