Modern & spacious apartment in the heart of Nicosia! A 2 minute walk from Nicosia's Central Bus Station (Solomou Square). Buses leave for all around Nicosia and other cities. The location is super-central and less than a 5 minute walk to Ledras street and the old city. The area is filled with the great bars and restaurants. Located on the 4th floor and offers great views of the city while avoiding the noise of the city. Fully equipped kitchen/washing machine & Netflix to make you feel at home :) The main bedroom is spacious, and has a large double bed. The apartment also has a large living room with a couch that becomes a very comfortable double bed. We recently added a new washing machine for further convenience. Guest will have the whole apartment available to them. I will be online to answer most customer questions and inquiries within an hour. We can offer guests advice on the best places to visit and where to go to eat and have fun. The building is situated in the business area of Nicosia but is only a 3-4 minute walk away from the historic old town of Nicosia. It is a 3 minute walk away from the central bus stop where you can get buses for both within the city and other parts of Cyprus. The Cyprus museum and Leventis National Gallery are both 5 minute walks away as are a huge selection of restaurants and sights. We recommend walking around as it is the best way to really explore the old town and the greater city. However the city's most central bus station is less than a 200m walk away and Taxis are everywhere in the town centre. The apartment has just been refurbished and offers a brand new bathroom and kitchen area. It is located in the centre of Nicosia at a great location for both guests travelling for business, or recreational reasons.
