Modern 3 bed detached home near Chipping Sodbury

My place is perfect for families or groups looking for a house - either when working away, in transit between properties as a short term let - or if you're exploring the Cotwolds, Bath or Bristol - as its close to the M4 & M5. It has an airy conservatory/diner/kitchen overlooking the garden, with underfloor heating for the winter, and sun drenched in the summer. 2 parking spaces on the drive and located in a small estate of detached homes - and you can walk to the local cinema, shops & pubs. The house is a modern 3 bed detached house with a small contained garden. The main double bedroom has an en suite shower, the second bedroom is a twin, plus a single, and a family bathroom with shower over bath. Plenty of towels and spare linens included. For groups larger than 4 or 5, I can put up a zed bed in the living room which is a small double. There is ample living space in the kitchen diner/conservatory to allow the living room to be used as a bedroom or office. The larder is well stocked, and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is tea, coffee and sugar supplied, plus essentials like bin bags. laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, tea towels, cooking oils, table sauces etc. Also a welcome pack with some perishables like milk and bread to ensure you don't arrive to an empty kitchen! So if you're having a new kitchen or bathroom fitted and need to move out for a week - you can just pack your case and move right in as everything is included to make this your temporary home. Or if you're looking for a base in the west country, visiting family in the local area or working in South Gloucestershire - it's the perfect place to stay, a real home from home. I have a converted garage space to keep my personal belongings, to allow you exclusive use of the house. If I'm away, I have family who live nearby that can help with keys etc. I stay away from home quite a lot so may not be there during your stay, but am always at the end of the phone if you need me. My family all live close by so are on hand if you need to see someone if I'm not around. Yate and Chipping Sodbury are midway between Bath and Bristol and on the edge of the Cotswolds. Yate is a modern town with many facilities such as a sports / shopping centre and cinema - and all within walking distance of the house. Chipping Sodbury is an old market town on the doorstep, with many quaint shops and pubs. The house is on an estate of detached houses, and is a ten minute level walk to the bus terminal and 25 mins walk to the rail station (or 5 mins by cab). The shopping centre has a cinema and many shops and is ten minutes level walk. Chipping Sodbury is 20 mins walk away - or four minutes by car. The M4 and M5 motorways are within 20 mins drive to get to London/South Wales or towards Birmingham or Devon/Somerset. There is a double driveway to allow off street parking for two vehicles. Across the road at the back of the house is a lovely park with a kids area and lake. A footpath at the end of the close leads towards Chipping Sodbury and takes about 20 mins to walk from the house to the High Street. It's 10 mins drive to the M4, and 20 to the M5. The house is within ten mins level walking distance of a cinema, shopping centre and plenty of restaurants/pubs.
