40 m2 Apartment where you feel like home

A cozy fully furnished apartment located in the north of Jogja, 15 mins away from Malioboro, 25 mins from the Adisucipto Airport. Are you traveling for business purposes? we have a workplace for you. Are you traveling with kids? our place is completed with games and toys. Or you've been traveling for a long time and need clean clothes? just do your own laundry, take a hot shower and relax while enjoying your coffee. This apartment is just a place where you will feel as comfortable as home. The room is spacious (40 m2) with double bed and a sofa bed (up to 4 adults or 2 adult 2 kids). Equipped with a complete kitchen and a dining table, reading spot, and even if you are a movie junkie you can watch from our movie collection or bring your own. They have access to everything,the booking is for the all apartment. I am living 15 minutes away and always open to interact with our guests and even happy to show our guests around. It is a quiet neighborhood with surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. Our guests have an access to the swimming pool (free) and gym (at extra cost). There is a minimarket, barbershop, ATM, and restaurants and Bar. On weekend nights there is a live music that you can enjoy during coffee or dinner time. As it is required on Airbnb that reservations booked for personal travel to be booked by the person who’s going to stay at the listing, i highly preferred you will make the booking for yourself and not for other people/family/friends/etc (meanwhile the person who booked, doesn’t stay). Please also tick the correct number of guests you will be staying. This will impact on the preparation i will do for the room to make it more comfortable. I will prepare for you the towels, toiletries and sofabed.
