Breakwater View - The Studio

A lovely comfortable studio, under our home in Moturoa, with panoramic sea views as far as the eye can see. Watch the small boats, large ships and beautiful sunsets until dark where the port lights reflect over the harbour. Only 3 km from central New Plymouth along the famous coastal walkway. A short stroll to Ngamotu Beach for a dip, Breakwater Bay for dining options and SUP hire, or simply grab a bite or a takeaway in Moturoa Village. The studio is below our home with a separate access. There is a kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and some crockery etc.. The BBQ is also available on request. Self check in and check out is available if suits your plans. Interaction with guests After living and working in NZ and the UK, we love meeting interesting people from different places. But mostly, we're here to help make sure your visit to New Plymouth and our home is easy and comfortable. Moturoa is the suburb we live in and it's close to everything! There is a nice pub just a short stroll away, a mini supermarket, a few cafes and takeaways. Which means you can sit back and enjoy the wonderful seaview and not worry about cooking. Breakwater Bay is a short walk away, where you can have a swim or relax on the beach, hire SUP's and kayaks, fish off the wharf or try one of the five eating establishments. Getting around There is a regular bus from Moturoa into New Plymouth, or you could stroll there on New Plymouths famous coastal walkway.
