Set in a rural location in owner's comfortable, modern bungalow with uninterrupted views to Exmoor National Park. For walkers there are footpaths, bridleways and local villages to explore all starting at our front door. Dartmoor National Park is within six miles. Fingle Bridge is a great favourite. There are some beautiful National Trust properties nearby. Yeoford has a branch line station to Barnstaple, Exeter, Topsham and Exmouth. Breakfast is offered as an additional extra. You can explore around our 10 acre smallholding and sit out in the garden. The loung/dining room is a pleasant room to relax in. Family friendly bed & breakfast. Our neighbourhood is rural. It is very picturesque and peaceful. There is a lovely Public House called The Duck at Yeoford just 1.5 miles away. You do require a car but the nearest train station is Yeoford which is 1.5 miles from us. There are many places to eat out in the various village pubs nearby. The beautiful Cathedral City of Exeter is within 12 miles. The coast: Sidmouth, Seaton, Exmouth, Dawlist is within 40 minutes' drive.
