70 squared meters surrounded by nature. A beautiful huge garden with a swimming pool to share with other few apartments. There’s a nice view of the lake, a private piece of garden and a corner with barbecue all for you. The inside is all new, very elegant and made with lots of love and care. I do hope my guests will treat it with the same kindness. What you have: 1 room with king size bed. 1 small room with a single bed. A round mattress in the main room. Suitable for 4 persons. Fully equipped Kitchen. 1 bathroom. To rich the flat you must go down 78 steps :-) Car park directly inside the courtyard. Please, no smoking in the house. Separate the garbage. No parties or other guests invited. Don’t leave lights or electronic stuff turned on if you are not using it. Try to be gentle and delicate - and treat the house like it’s your own house. Thank you
