Study table (foldable) and chair can be provided upon request. Near the train station local amenities such as convenience store, pharmacies, bakeries, cafes, butcher shop and even a $2 shop. Refer to my Guidebook for further details. Construction works normally start at 6.30am and ends at 5.30pm. However from the feedback of my guests, while there could be some noise, almost all of them are not too bothered by same. Other than this, Arncliffe is pretty much a quiet suburb.
