Fully fitted kitchen , with oven , fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cooing utensils etcetc as well as dishwasher. Also basics provided such as tea coffee, salt and pepper etc. Tastefully decorated to create a home from home relaxing atmosphere, with luxury bedding and soft furnishings. All towels and bedding will be provided. Two large bedrooms, with oak beams, one can be made into two twins if preferred, just ask on booking for the twin option. Plenty of storage and hanging space. Free WiFi on site lounge has two comfy sofas to relax in after a day exploring, smart TV and stunning bespoke table for enjoying all the delicious food the Eden valley offers. Shower room with tiled floor and power rainfall shower, as well as downstairs loo. maximum occupancy is 4 adults Full central heating system and lots of hot water. Enclosed private patio area with outdoor-seating for you to relax in Well behaved pets are allowed at a charge of £10 per stay, payable on site please. Please keep pets downstairs. All of downstairs is tiled, with the stairs and upstairs carpeted. please no smoking in the property and no parties. There is parking on site, but there is street parkingwhich is free overnight and Sundays. during the day penrith town centre operates a disc zone where you get free parkingfor an hour. You can move to another Park bay to get another hour free etc.Most people are out and about during the day so works well. There is a pay and display carpark opposite which is an option for you. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink within easy walking distance and a great base to explore the northern lakes and the beautiful Eden Valley. Access to the whole cottage and small enc courtyard with seating I am available around the clock for emergencies and available for help and advice during the day and early evening. Penrith is a great, friendly town, the gateway to the northern lakes the beautiful Eden Valley and the Pennines. Ullswater and Derwentwater 20min drive with so much to offer, such as ullswater steamers, aira force, pooley Bridge boat hire, sup hire etc Penrith is on the main west coast main line for trains, has a good bus service and is on the C to C cycle way. No parking on site, but street parking is available, or pay parking opposite. Joiners cottage is a new refurbished cottage, in the town, but tucked away down a little lane. Perfect for a base exploring the area and so convenient for eating out etc, but very quiet.
