We offer you a freshly renovated, furnished apartment for temporary rental. Whether as a vacation apartment, accommodation for mechanics, trade fair visitors, first-year students or guest scientists - with us you will find comfortable and cosy accommodation on 70m³. The S-Bahn is about 5 minutes walking distance and offers a quick connection to the Karlsruhe fair and city center. The freeway junction A5/A8 can be reached in less than 10 minutes. WE SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH! The apartment was freshly renovated in July 2020 and has a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, two bedrooms and a large wardrobe corridor with storage space. The two bedrooms are equipped as follows: Room 1 (about 28m²): Comfortable and spacious: one 160cm bed, and a sofa that can be converted into a full 140cm bed (with a proper mattress!). In addition there are bedside tables, closet, desk, chest of drawers, coffee table and TV. Room 2 (about 15m²): For additional guests: Two 90cm beds (can be combined to one 180cm bed), bedside cabinets, closet, chest of drawers, desk and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, water kettle, microwave, coffee machine, etc. A comfortable seating area in the kitchen invites you to spend the evening together. Smoking and keeping animals is not allowed. In front of the house there is a small seating area for smoking and relaxing. Free WiFi is available. Towels and bed linen can be provided on request. We are looking forward to meeting you! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of two-family house. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance from the main hallway. During the stay all rooms of the apartment (bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room) will be accessible. We live in the appartment on the 2nd floor. The accommodation is located in the old village center of Rheinstetten Mörsch. In the immediate vicinity there are various restaurants and an ice cream parlor with spacious beer gardens and terraces. A small supermarket is within walking distance. Further supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Penny, Rossmann, Norma) can be reached in 3 minutes by car. The surroundings of Rheinstetten offer numerous activities for young and old. No matter if a shopping tour in the center of Karlsruhe, outdoor activities in the northern Black Forest, a city trip to Heidelberg, wellness trip to the Karlsruhe Europabad or bathing fun in one of the surrounding lakes - there is something for everyone. Our accommodation is situated in a quiet area and yet very well connected due to the proximity of the A5/A8 freeway junction and the B36 and B10 main roads. A "S-Bahn" stop with a top connection to the Karlsruhe fair and the Karlsruhe city center is within 5 minutes walking distance. Parking places are available in the immediate vicinity.
