The apartment is across the sea in the prestigious ,affluent area of Güzelyalı, Izmir with 24 hour Bars, restaurants including a bakery downstairs of the apartments entrance. 15 minutes to Adnan Menderes international airport, located within 1 minute walk to tram ,Taxi and bus rides direct to Izmir city centre. The apartment has a lift and the host also lives in the apartment . The space is a large room with a King size bed , not the whole flat ,decorated in a modern but classic contemporary style. The room is suited for a single person or a couple . The room has a 50 " TV with multiple TV channels, including English speaking channels.All other areas of the apartment is shared with the owner, this includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. Guests can use the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms . I am available when needed and can recommend great places to eat and drink and also visit. Guzelyali is an affluent area of Izmir , very safe and friendly . There are many restaurants , bars , clothes shops, supermarkets and even 24 hour bakeries. The apartment is very close to international Adnan Menderes Airport , reachable in 20 minutes by car. There is also tram , busses , taxis located across the street from the apartment where guests can get to Izmir's centre in less than 15 minutes.
