Comfy Double near Wolves City Centre

Lovely comfortable double room in a Wolverhampton home close to shops, pubs and restaurants and the town centre with excellent transport links. Free parking Your room: A comfortable private double bedroom with built in wardrobe, double bed, side table, bedside lamp and shelves with books, snacks and magazines. Tv (no aerial) with Firestick with Amazon Prime TV and Netflix. The bathroom: modern bathroom. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are provided - and clean towels! There is a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal...or takeaway menus if you’d rather order in! Access to the kitchen for cooking, tea/coffee etc throughout your stay, you can eat at the breakfast bar or in the dining area. There is a patio set in the garden for sunny days. The main bathroom is shared, there is also a separate downstairs toilet - both have locks on the doors! The bedroom does not have a lock on the door but there is a door stop you can wedge the door shut with when you’re in the room if you want to. On hand for queries in person or by phone if needed. The house is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac but very conveniently located! 5-10 minutes walk to pubs and restaurants and 20 minutes walk in to town. The Wolves Molineux Stadium is less than a mile away and an easy walk, approx 20 mins. You can also reach Wolverhampton train station on foot in 25-30 mins, 5 min drive or by bus. There are a few places to eat and drink nearby. For drinks: There is a lovely local The Royal Oak which won the live music pub award and has live music on Fridays and Saturdays just 5 mins walk away. The Chindit, the Clarendon and the Combermere Arms are also nearby. For food: There are a number of takeaways and restaurants including Sushi/Japanese, Italian, Pizzeria, Chip Shop, Grill house, Indian, Cafe, Kebab shops and a Peri chicken shop an 8 min walk away towards the town centre. There is a Sainsburys local for grocery shopping a few minutes walk away. There is a drive for off road parking but please let me know in advance if you want to use it, as it only has room for 1 car and I need to make sure my electric car is charged up. There are ample free parking spaces on the road in the area. You can also hop on the bus easily to get into town or to the train station, both of which are easily walkable too. There is a Sainsburys local nearby (4 min walk) for grocery shopping. Molineux is less than a mile away so really convenient for match days. Please note that I dog sit privately and also volunteer as a puppy boarder for Guide Dogs so there are dogs at the property occasionally. I will always advise you before accepting booking requests. This is a non smoking property - no smoking in the house please! There is a patio set and ashtray in the back garden.
