Walk to lake and shops! 2x2 house with a huge yard

Lovely fun place with an 80s vibe and a huge yard. In a quiet neighbourhood but really close to the lake and shops. A front-row seat to the Saturday footy and fireworks at the Showgrounds! Walking distance to lake Joondalup and shops. Everything you need is right here! Your ensuite, living area, kitchen, laundry, yard, verandah. Available by text or phone with any questions It's pretty quiet here, but Saturday mornings the footy is on, so you'll hear all of the excitement from across the road! Close to public transport. Walking distance to the shops. I'm available to answer any questions. A couple of things I'm picky about... 1. Please keep the place clean. 2. Please water the plants outside. I take great pride in my garden. I also take 'before' and 'after' photos. 2. The non-stick cookware is quite expensive. Please do not scratch it. This can be achieved by only using plastic or wooden utensils, never metal. If the cookware gets scratched, I have to throw it away, and any guest who scratches it will be asked to cover the replacement cost.
