Double room in Central Hove (near Brighton)

Double room in a house in a great location in central Hove. Close to all amenities and local shopping areas. Excellent public transport links with bus stops round the corner and 2 train stations nearby. Pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach. Guests must like dogs. The room is a dedicated guest space with a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, chest of drawers, mirror, small table/desk and chair/s. Bedding is provided. I moved in 2018 so the first 70 reviews are for my previous property. The bedroom is recently decorated and finished. And has a cosy feel to it. There is a small patio at the rear, where guests can have coffee or food if the weather is good. Smoking is permitted outside only. The rest of the house is now mostly completed with a little painting and DIY left to do in the hallway etc. We have a large dog who will bark when you arrive so guests must be ok with this. Guests will have access to shared bathroom and use of the kitchen. I will provide kitchen cupboard and fridge space for you, and you can cook using the equipment and utensils provided. I am an experienced host and Superhost and am happy to chat and answer questions about travel plans and the local area if you wish. Great location. Residential area. Shops are less than a minute away. Good local pubs and food places. Close to buses and trains and lots of language schools. 10 minute scenic walk to Hove beach. Bus stops are just around the corner with frequent buses to and from Brighton. There are two train stations nearby. Approx 10-15 minutes walk. Pool valley coach station and Brighton train station are approx 3 miles or 30 mins walk. Brighton & Hove have a cycling scheme where you can rent bikes on the street via an app. I have a large dog who will bark at you when you arrive. Please only book if you like dogs and are used to them.
