Spacious free standing double storey building with your own private access via rear lane. The owners live in a separate house at the front of the block separated by a garden. There is a luxurious king sized bed with chiropractic approved King Koil mattress, leather lounge on the top floor. Downstairs there is a modern bathroom, separate living space with TV, dining area and large alfresco kitchen/ barbecue area. There is a double bar fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The Hot spa and 2 cruiser bikes are available on request. Owners live in a separate house at the front of the block and have extensive local knowledge that they would love to share with guests. Great place to stay to enjoy a surf or a swim in the ocean pools at Freshwater, Curl Curl and Manly beaches. Easy stroll to Freshwater Village for a morning coffee or enjoy a delicious gelato while walking along the coastal tracks to Dee Why or Manly. Jump on a Manly Ferry to the city. Scuba diving, whale watching (in season), snorkelling, yoga, golf, kayaking are among the activities available in the area. Warringah Westfield shopping mall with movie cinemas is only 2kms.
