Please note minimum occupancy charge is for 2 people each occupying a separate single room. Bedrooms which are not booked will be locked off. There is a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, TV, linen & towels provided for you. The property will be cleaned for each new guest and fresh white Egyptian cotton linens and towels provided. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board and TV's in the kitchen/living room and each bedroom. You will get access to the bedrooms which have been booked and all other areas and there will be exclusive use for you and your friends and family. There is a nice pub next door too! There is a self checkin facility with key lock and the property will be prepared for your arrival. I will be available on the telephone if you need any help, I live close to the property. Ormskirk is a fantastic historic market town there are markets on every Thursday and Saturday. The town has lots of character, cobbles streets and shopping arcades. The property is in the centre of town so everywhere can be reached on foot. There is free parking at the train station about 5 minutes walk from the property. Key safe is provided for access at all times, please replace the keys in the safe when you leave.
