The Westwing of Villa10 Waterfront Apartments

The Westwing at Villa10 Waterfront Apartments, is on the hillside with spectacular sea views, close to the beach, waterfront cafes and a 5 min drive from the city centre. This totally private apartment retains the old world charm of 1910 and sleeps up to 5 people.. The rooms are all very spacious which makes it good for families. The spacious kitchen dining and living rooms open onto a wide covered verandah where 6 people can comfortably sit and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. There is a dining table with seating for 4 to 5 people on the verandah and the inside dining table seats 8. There are comfortable chairs and 2 sofas in the living room. The large master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. A sofa in the living room folds out to a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, a basin, and old claw foot bath. There is a toilet and basin in a separate room. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen, with washing machine, tub, and dryer. Graham and I live in a private apartment on the same level as the Westwing apartment and the Loft apartment is on the upper level of Villa10. All the apartments have separate entrances. We are always available for questions by phone text or email, and happy to talk personally to guests when we are home, if they want any information. Villa10 is situated on one of the oldest streets in Nelson surrounded by many old villas. Our well established garden makes the house very private and peaceful, and enhances the spectacular view across the Tasman bay to the mountains beyond. Driving up Richardson street from the waterfront park your car facing uphill, on the layby directly opposite the villa10 sign. Come down through the old white gate to our apartment and we will show you into the Westwing apartment. It is a 4 minute drive over the hill into the city. Unfortunately we are unable to accept instant bookings from anyone living in overseas countries, until the government confirms a date for NZ borders to open without quarantine restrictions.
