Located on the 19th floor, our new and modernly decorated property is 32-sq meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, closet, nightstand, and a dresser. We also have a mattress prepared for the third person upon request. Alternative to air-cons, a fan is provided. (Please don’t lock the bedroom door, no key) The living area has a tv, sofa and dining table for 2. *Television signal and channels are limited. Our kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, microwave and other cooking utensils. Wifi is available in public area free of charge (Lobby 1st floor, Swimming pool 4th floor). In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and to minimize risks for the community, at the moment we would accept reservations from guests who have been vaccinated at least once or have been in Thailand for at least 30 days prior to check-in date. We allow exceptions for low-risk countries, please feel free to inquire for more details. The condominium has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, garden, and communal area for work, reading, and pleasure (4th floor). The condo has both paid laundry service and coin-service laundry on the 1st floor. Upon arrival, please wait in the lobby to receive a key and a key card. Please have your passport and the passports of all guests ready. The condominium is situated on the main street with 200m distance to MRTA Bangson. Is conveniently a 5-min walking distance to 7-11 (24/7 convenient store), a breakfast and coffee cafe, fresh market and bars just right next to the railway. The famous Chatuchak market is 15 minutes away by train. Uncover the charm of our beloved Thai food and culture with string of shops, clothes and antiques. (All locations are pinned on the map below.) The closest station is skytrain MRTA Bangson (purple line) and is a 5-min walking distance. From the condo, turn right and keep straight pass the railway and you will arrive at the station. You can transfer to subway line at Taopoon station (1 station away). For stay over 3 weeks, electricity fee is inclusive up to 2000 B (The monthly average is 1000 B. So as long as air-con is not on all day and night, the bill won’t exceed :).
