The rented room is a double ensuite room with fitted wardrobes within a 4 bed semi detached property in a quiet residential location. The property has been modernised and is clean, light and airy. All utility bills and free WIFI are included. Monday to Friday lets preferred but weekends will always be considered. I am a professional easy going non smoking male. I take pride in my home, keeping it clean and tidy and expect the same from my guests. The guest bedroom benefits from private ensuite and and has a large flatscreen TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Super-fast Sky Broadband. I am a live in Landlord Nice quiet village, with great views and walks. There are several pubs within a reasonable walking distance, one of which is in the top ten on trip advisor, however Newport is only a short distance if you prefer something busier. Newport has a new shopping area and Cafe Quarter, with Prezzo, Drago Lounge, Zizzi, Pierre Bistrot, Wagamama, TGI Fridays and Las Iguanas plus a multi screen cinema and two theatres. I am within a short drive to the Cwmcarn Scenic Route, Cwmcarn Mountain Bike Trail, the Geraint Thomas International Velodrome and Newport Wetlands. The property benefits from great transport links: Pye Corner Railway Stn just over 1 mile away. Jct 28 M4 Motorway just over 1 mile away. Newport Railway Stn 2.5 miles away. There are regular bus services with the nearest stop just a 2 minute walk.
