My unit is part of the building association so I need to comply with the building administration regarding requirements for incoming guests. As part of the requirement guests are required to submit a copy of their identification card or Passport for Foreign guests. Please have in mind that this requirement needs to be process days before your arrival so I can I process your guest permit. Even if you’re already booked/approved, if you dont send the copy of identification card intended for the guest permit, checking in can’t be accomodated.
