The private, newly refurbished apartment is on the 1st floor of a small detached house in Chorley and offers great value for money accommodation. In the open plan kitchen/lounge, there is a combination oven/microwave, a fridge with a small freezer shelf, kettle, toaster, (no hob). There is cutlery, mugs, glasses and plates. A 42 inch Smart Tv with Freeview channels and Netflix in the living area and a 32 inch Tv with Freeview and Now TV and Netflix in the bedroom. Free unlimited WiFi and central heating. Towels and bed linen provided. The whole of the apartment is yours to enjoy, so make yourself at home. Please note there is no parking outside the property as it’s on a busy main road. There is free residential street parking a couple of minutes walk from the apartment and directions will be given when booking. For convenience of our guests, we have opted for self check-in & check-out via a unique code sent to you for the front door lock. The code will be sent one day before arrival. We want our guests to feel comfortable and welcome, but we also want to respect your privacy. The apartment is very close to junction 8 of the M61 and a close to the M6 also. There is a 24hr garage nearby which has Londis shop. The market town of Chorley is a 10 minute walk to the centre or a few minutes drive. Goodwins fully licensed restaurant and bar is a few minutes walk away, where a wide range of meals are on offer throughout the day and evening.
