This delightful apartment, located to the rear of a classic Federation home has 1 bedroom with en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen, an intimate work & lounge area and a secluded private entrance and elevated sunny balcony accessible via a 7-step stairway. A substantial breakfast basket is provided sufficient for a couple of days and it's just 15-20 minutes to the CBD with a public bus stop directly in front of the house. A suburban bus stop is right outside the front gate connecting directly to the Sydney City Centre (Wynyard) in 15-20 minutes. From Cremorne Junction frequent public busses will connect you to North Sydney CBD, Chatswood and the northern beaches. It is a leisurely 10 minute walk to Cremorne Junction Plaza & shops and to the iconic art-deco Cremorne Orpheum cinema complex plus an endless variety of restaurants – Neutral Bay Village is only a further 15-20 minutes walk with easy access to major supermarkets. Beautiful Balmoral Beach, Mosman Junction and the famous Taronga Zoo are also just a short 10 minute drive away while there is easy access to a number of superb harbor-side bush walks with views of the City, Opera House and Harbour Bridge. For the energetic, take a quick dip or a jog in the early morning or late afternoon to gorgeous ‘Balmoral’ and afterwards, enjoy the local restaurants for an evening coffee or meal or perhaps fish & chips on the esplanade. Manly with its beautiful harbor-side & ocean beaches, trendy restaurants & pubs is a shopping haven for tourists and can be accessed by bus or car or via the Manly Ferry from Circular Quay. It is a short 40 minutes by car or taxi to Mascot International Airport. Guest Book is on hand for comments and recommendations. Sydney Harbour is the main feature of the Lower North Shore with Cremorne at its centre. From the apartment you have easy access to a wide variety of day or evening leisure activities, sport & cultural events and restaurants including the iconic “Oaks Hotel” in Neutral Bay or "The Rowers" on picturesque Mosman Bay. About 15 minutes by bus to Sydney City Centre to connect with suburban transport for all major theatre, cultural and sporting events – Sydney Cricket Ground, Allianz Stadium and Olympic Park. North Sydney and Chatswood business districts and shopping arcades are no more than 30 minutes by bus from Cremorne Junction. Take the Cremorne Ferry to Circular Quay for a night out at the Opera House or to visit Sydney’s amazing art galleries and museums. Easy bus access to Balmoral, all northern beaches and Taronga Zoo from Cremorne and Mosman Junctions.
