Jane and Paul, the owners, having just spent 9 years running a four star wedding and function venue in the UK, decided they would like to do something a little less pressured in a fabulous environment. They have been coming to the this part of Aquitaine for years though, and will be on hand (as they live discreetly on site) to help you find the activities/ restaurants/ tourist sites which will make your holiday just perfect.
