Located on the ground floor, the double room Camera Carolina is a true gem. At the same time, Suite Enrica on the first floor has a kitchen and can accomodate up to 4 people. Mixing the old wooden beams with white walls and the shades of blue, it comes from the 18th century... with all the 21st century comforts. Blackout curtains for those who like to sleep in complete darkness (like me). The mattress and the cushions are in latex, ideal for allergy sufferers. The bedside tables have a USB socket and free WiFi is available. The bathroom as nice as the ones you see on the design magazines: it comes with a XL shower and organic products to wash away all the toxins of the stressful life of the city. The living room has a kitchen with dishwasher and a stunning view above the Lake and the mountains. The sofa bed can accomodate two people and is brand new and made in Italy. On the 2nd floor you will find a beautiful terrace, available to you and to our own family, overlooking the lake, immersed in the silence of Cheglio. Ideal for a prosecco at sunset, for a healthy breakfast, for sunbathing or for meditating at dawn. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. In addition, the terrace will be for the exclusive use of you and our family...a treat. We are in a small pedestrian village, so you will park for free 4 minutes walk from us. Our accommodation is on several levels, suitable for those with good mobility. People like us do things like this. We are good people and we believe it is important to host good people. The rules are just a few: don't smoke at home and don't listen to music at full volume to avoid disturbing the neighbors. It is mandatory to make love often, because this will make your holiday even more wonderful. We ask you to treat our small house with care: we have renovated this 30 years long abandoned cottage with love and attention to detail. Please care for it like it was yours. We've been managing Grotto Carza Restaurant and Wonderwood Park Adventure since 2019. We are located 1,000 meters high, with a breathtaking view of the lake: for those who want to challenge themselves as Lara Croft or Tarzan or the ones who wish to have an unforgettable day with their beloved ones, we are waiting for you! My husband and I, travel lovers and guidebook writers, are the hosts of this old cottage, renovated in 2018.
