Villa Félinas, 4 bedrooms, pool, great views!

Magnificent villa that inspires happiness, with its splendid and soothing views. Everything is there ... for a guaranteed and comfortable stall both inside and out ... a memorable stay with the sound of cicadas and the taste of fresh figs & olives !!! Our house is located at the top of the village which is still accessible on foot. Being high up, she's pretty private. On the main level where the pool is located, you will find 2 bedrooms with very comfortable double beds and private bathrooms. The living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen are also on this level. The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you need to prepare good meals and enjoy them on the terrace which is adjacent. A staircase takes you to the lower level where are the other 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, one of which can convert to a large bed if necessary. Notify us in advance. These rooms are accessible through the garage and share a shower and separate WC. The washing machine is also at your disposal a clothesline is outside for drying. Sheets and towels are provided. The pool is 7 by 4 m, the depth is 1m45. Around the house, full of small charming and welcoming villages, hiking and biking trails along the Canal du Midi, not forgetting the magnificent city of Carcassonne (a must!). Visit the Cathar castles, the marble quarry of Caunes-Minervois, the chasm of Cabrespine, the medieval city of Minerva, La Caunette, the sea is 1 hour.
