The newly renovated and cozy room with air-conditioner and ceiling fan. With natural light comes from big windows, where you can do your work, plan your trip, and have your tea. You can also enjoy free super high-speed wifi. LIVING ROOM - It's a sharing space for guests. The vibrant blue in combination with the soft and sensual velvet creates an alure and radiant appearance in the living room. Blue velvet sofa is also define the interior with mystique and substional ambiance. KITCHEN - Kitchenette consists of a refrigerator, gas cooker, electric water boiler, kitchenware/utensils. You're welcome to cook in the kitchen, please clean up after used. For your convenience, I will prepare enough oil, salt, and sugar. SHOWER - Complimentary toiletries include towels, toilet papers, shampoo, and body wash, and even hair dryer is also provided. LAUNDRY - Washing machine is available, you'll have free detergent to wash, after washing you can hang your clothes outside the house with hanging drying rack provided. EXTRA - Only 3 mins walk to the city biggest night markets every FRIDAY. It's packed with food vendors tempting you with delicious offerings like assorted sushi, yong tau foo, roast pork, char koay kak, prawn crackers, and more. In the ground floor apartment, you can enjoy the pool anytime at any hour. Gym facility is available from 8am-9pm. There is also a garden and playground surrounded with trees and plants, a restaurant selling light meals and drinks(7am-7pm), a hair salon shop, and a mobile shop where you can purchase 4G sim card here directly. A free secured indoor car park provided. I don't stay with guests but just staying at the next few blocks. If you need any help or guidance, I'll be happy to assist you with anything you might need, giving the advice, and sharing local knowledge. But if you need full privacy, I'll happily respect it. So it's up to you to decide how much interaction you require. Very quiet and safe. Gated and guarded. The delicious local food is everywhere at affordable price, and it's all within walking distance. It's a very local neighbourhood, where you can experience the atmosphere of the local life. The apartment is easy access from both Georgetown and also the Penang Bridge. Roads directly serving the apartment are Jalan Van Praagh and Jalan Sir Ibrahim of which both of them can access the main roads Jalan Perak and Jalan Jelutong which you may use to get around Penang. Busses that pass through this area are Rapid Penang bus 206 that goes by Jalan Van Praagh and stops at the bus stop located there or bus 10 that goes through Jalan Perak. However, it will use more time to reach. Alternatively, you can ride with Grab to town. Once you've done the booking, kindly view your reservation details from the app or email.
