Lovely, homely stay in cottage garden in Albany.

Hi, this is my Mum's beloved house and garden. She has enjoyed living in Albany and would like others to share in experiencing it's natural beauty. She has moved to Perth to be with her grandchildren so her home is now available. It's in a great location; within walking distance to TAFE, Coles and the cinema. It is an older style home with a renovated kitchen and bathroom, jarrah floorboards and 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a cot). This is our first time doing Airbnb and we have helped Mum to get the house to a good standard. We know it needs some more finishing touches so we have kept the price to what we think is fair. Some of the finishing touches that need to be done are minor tidying up in the backyard and the rooms with the two single beds and cot need a fresh coat of paint. Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and front and back garden. During peak times the cleaner, who is from out of town, may need to stay in the detached granny flat to properly prepare the house during the short period between guests. This should not impact your stay. I'm available by phone call. Friendly neighbours, quiet street, close to Coles, TAFE, cinema, short drive to town/beach. Convenient location as just off the main road in and out of Albany centre.
