Large Modern Family Beach House

The perfect house to treat yourself to a relaxing and hassle-free beach holiday. Spread over three levels, there is plenty of space to make yourself at home. Wander down to the beach through our private gate. We’re set one house back from the beach and with no roads to cross, so heading down for a surf or a stroll on the beach will be hard to resist. The accommodation is equally as inviting. The master bedroom is on the top floor, with king sized bed, modern ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Wake up and step out onto your private deck and see the waves crashing on the beach. The first floor has a double and a twin bedroom, family bathroom, modern kitchen and a spacious lounge with a 40’’ TV. Cook up a feast and dine at the large dining room table or crank up the BBQ and dine out on the patio. On the ground floor there is a further twin bedroom, shower room and an additional playroom with a sofa bed, ideal for kids of all ages to have their own space. There is an outside patio with a BBQ for your use and outdoor shower. The house has high speed fibre broadband with WiFi and a Lightbox TV streaming service for our guests to use. We have a travel cot and high chair available for small children and there is a lift that can provide accessibility to all floors (please let us know if you would like to use the lift during your stay). There is a heat pump to keep you cosy during the winter. Mount Maunganui beach is on your door step, voted by Tripadvisor as the number one beach destination in New Zealand. The cafes, bars and restaurants of the Mount are just a short drive away. There are dairies and takeaways a few minutes’ walk from the house and the Bayfair Shopping centre is just over a kilometre away. Special conditions: You will have access to the entire house, except for the ground floor study, which will be locked for storage. Families preferred. No parties, please respect the neighbours, quiet get togethers OK. No extra guests staying overnight beyond those booked. Minimum 2 night stays (5 nights minimum at peak times). We require a security deposit of $500 for any potential breakages. This will be returned to you once the house has been inspected after your stay.
