Renovated farmstead with covered swimming pool

In an old farmstead in Balegem on the countryside close to the city of Ghent, we recently fully renovated the top floor. The result is a beautiful space with 2 lovely bedrooms (5 sleeping places), a fully equipped bathroom with rain shower, toilet and bath and an open space with desk. A relaxation room with sauna, stereo and TV (netflix) (40 m2) and a covered illuminated swimming pool (28°C) (heated from April until October) with a separate rain shower and toilet, are also available. All spaces have been completely renovated with stylish parquet and a brand new bathroom in 2019, the beds are wonderful, the tranquility of the countryside unique and the pool has been recently laid out and covered and is beautifully lit. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and gas barbecue (with stove) at your disposal upon request. You are free to eat or walk around in our beautiful garden (4000 m2), use the swing, the rope course and the trampoline or to relax in the sun beds (1 double, 4 single). Beds are made for you, towels are also provided. All spaces described above: 2 bedrooms, bathroom and landing with desk, relaxation area with sauna, seats and TV, swimming pool with shower and toilet, courtyard, side garden with terrace and sun loungers, back garden with trampoline and swing, parking in front. From Friday until Monday all day long, from Tuesday until Thursday before 8h and after 17h30. Wonderful natural environment for walking, cycling, less than 30 min to city of Ghent by train (train station, 1 km from house) or car. Antwerp and Brussels are also easily accessible (less than an hour). There are bikes at your disposal (both mountain and city bikes available). You will love how quite the area is although close to big cities such as Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels, the only thing you hear are cows from time to time. But if you want more activity, Ghent is very close with plenty of restaurants, bars and cultural activities. The street consists of several parts and this will help you to find the farmstead easily. You can park in front of the entrance, there is room for 3 cars.
