Quiet off street room with new bathroom

70's style character home with modern touches. The room has its own entrance and courtyard. You can be locked off from the rest of the house for privacy and self isolating. A 10 min walk to the supermarket. I can provide meals and do laundry in a contactless service for an additional fee. My family and I live upstairs and there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a brand new bathroom. The bathroom is off the main bedroom Wide open outdoor spaces and lots of trees. A place to relax and unwind. Private courtyard off your bedroom. Outdoor seating and coffee table. Use of washing machine and kitchen. You are welcome to use the barbecue. Outdoor furniture and large umbrellas. These are located in the large paved area up the stairs. The dogs are in this area, so don't be surprised if they want you to pat them. My dogs are training to be Therapy dogs, so are very well behaved. They love affection....and food. If you are into basketball, my 16 year old son has a hoop, and would welcome any challenger The mural in the courtyard is an original painting by my 13 year old son. I am available by phone or text. You are welcome to be as much of a part of the family as you want to, or have your private chill out space with your own TV and bathroom, microwave and small fridge. We have 2 cocker spaniels dogs-girls. And a cat who thinks it is a dog ;) All the pets love cuddles (and food) We are one of 3 houses down a long driveway. It is very quiet away from the road noise. The neighbours are friendly, so give them a wave. Very close to the Chartwell mall, which has a supermarket and food hall, along with some great shopping.
