A cosy home easy walking distance to town. There are two bedrooms available one being a large bedroom with comfy queen bed and the other a smaller room with a double bed. There is a private bathroom with a high pressure shower over the bath. Separate toilet. The house has a large garden with a deck to sit out on and watch the sunset. At the end of the street there is a park and river offering a variety of walking and biking tracks. You are welcome to bring your dog but check first. My bedroom is off the lounge so your bedroom/bathroom area is totally private. You will love how convenient this home is to all that Nelson has to offer. You have your own bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is available but as I live in the house too then it needs to be shared as is the lounge and dining room. I am round and about Very safe quiet neighbourhood. Closest coffee stop is only metres away at the coffee cart in the park. Easy access to Centre of NZ, Maitai river, Queens Gardens and Suter Gallery. Safe on road flat parking or off road if you are prepared to shift your car when I need to get out. (On road if hosting dogs) As an essential worked I am fully vaccinated. Therefore I request that you are too and as part of the booking process before acceptance you will show me your vaccine pass.
