River Gardens Apartment

This is a quirky apartment / unit that has been separated out from the main house with a high timber ceiling in the living area, the bathroom and kitchenette have polished native timber floors and the bedroom is spacious with a view out to the garden. It is clean, modern and close to Bethlehem shops restaurants cafes takeaways and bar. The property is .54 of a Ha set on the banks of the Wairoa river with lovely meandering gardens and lawns with stunning views to enjoy. The apartment would suit solo or dual travelers , business travelers or couples . We provide tea, coffee and milk, basic toiletries and towels all at no extra cost. The King size bed is extremely comfortable , all sheets and bedding provided. We have just put in a heat / cooling pump that will make the space a lot more comfortable and cool in the hot weather and warmer in winter. Own guest entrance with a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment / unit including car parking, guest to come up driveway to main house and park in front of the 3 zincalum screens .Full use of grounds, there is a petanque court to enjoy and a swing seat under the Avocado tree a nice place to enjoy the river view in the shade. we also have a lovely out door area with umbrella and a view down to the river with a barbeque shelter to enjoy close to the apartment. On request a laundry service can be provided. TV is included with numerous channels and Wifi is unlimited. We are rural yet minutes drive to town and the Mt Maunganui beach, over an acre of beautifully developed grounds, We are neighboring Waimarino Adventure Park where you can hire kayaks and many other fun activities .We do have river access so children must be supervised at all times but is a nice place to enjoy a nice cool dip if you can SWIM . Can meet and greet available by text for any other requirements eg laundry options, advise etc Great area with rural feel yet so close to Bethlehem Centre (2min approx.), CBD (10min approx.) and Mount Beach(15min approx ) Airport ( 15min approx.)We also have a new cabin available with beautiful river views from its deck , worth a look ( River gardens glamping cabin ) There is a bus service that goes to the Bethlehem town center. Also good taxi services here in the Bay Kitchenette has a good basic set up with bench sink area, jug, toaster, microwave, electric wok, electric fry pan, fridge and all other utensils . Covered in out door porch area and entrance to sit and relax out doors .Also a couple of hardwood chairs small table and umbrella plus sheltered barbeque area to enjoy close by unit .The unit is approx. 45m2 in total. Also we have a delightful playful dog named Beau who is very friendly but if not keen on dogs we will keep him away .We like to turn off the WIFI around 10.30 at night and put it back on around 8 . Please advise me if you require it in between that time frame of being off and we can adjust.
