County House with wide garden

The country-house we offer is entirely built according to the old and typical tuscan style and tradition, with stones and bricks. It is surrounded by 3600 mq of garden with plants, grass and tree-fruit. The house is located in open country near a wonderful hood but only 1 km far from the nearest centre (Capannoli). This country house is the ideal solution for who wants living in an unblemished and immaculate nature in the middle of tuscan hills but, in the same time , if you want visiting some of the most interesting and famous towns of Tuscany, like Florence, Pisa, Lucca , Volterra Siena, you can simply get them by car in a short time. You can also reach the cost and beautiful beaches in about 45 minutes. Outside’s description: There are two open spaces: the biggest one has got a roof and you can have breakfast or dinner in every day’s time because it always provides shadow. In the garden you will find 3 cats. You don’t need to worry about them because they are free to go all around and you can give food or play with them only if you like it ( the owners will take care about food). You can have long and pleasant ride all around across the hills and the hood and doing bird-watching too! The nearest little town is called Capannoli (1 km) and you can find there all you need ( supermarket, bank, chemistry, petrol and so on) Inside’s description: The flat has two floors, the ground-floors has a large Kitchen full-equipped, a living-room with a fireplace and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has tow bed rooms, another smaller one with an armchair-bed, and a second bathroom with bath tub. You can use freely the internet with Wi-Fi available even in the garden.
