The chalet Les Laurencières, which is located towards the old Chinaillon, in the town of Grand Bornand, is a luxury chalet built in the model of the chalets of yesteryear. This chalet can sleep up to 18 people (260m²) in an apartment and a chalet that we rent together. As a result, you benefit from 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. On the ground floor you have a large garage where it is possible to park between 5 and 6 cars. In a corner of this garage you have a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. A staircase in the garage gives you access to the living spaces. This chalet has 7 spacious bedrooms all equipped with storage chests of drawers. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two bunk beds. On the third floor are four bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed (one with a cot) the last bedroom has four single beds. When you reach the landing on the third floor you have a large living room with kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace and internet connection. The kitchen is spacious and has a large fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave and a wide range of cooking utensils. You have 3 bathrooms and the toilets are independent. The chalet has balconies and a sun terrace with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and slopes. The Joyère apartment is located in Le Grand-Bornand, on the Route du Chinaillon, just 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes by car from the slopes. This magnificent apartment for 7 people is located in the Everest chalet building. This functional and comfortable apartment has a large living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen or there is also a washer / dryer combo. The living room and the dining room give on a large balcony exposed to the east which benefits from a very beautiful sunshine. This apartment has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with access to the balcony, a bedroom with three single beds, and a bedroom with a single bed. You also have a bathroom with a separate toilet. At the foot of the Everest chalet is the bus stop, which allows you to take either the shuttle that goes down to the village, or the one that goes up the Chinaillon, to the slopes.
