Tranmere Stay is located in the waterfront suburb of Tranmere. Our guests can enjoy the comfort of a sunny & quiet location and access to the entire ground-level floor of a fully furnished home with a private entrance. 1 min walk to the bus stop. 6 min drive to shops. 20 min drive to the Airport. 20 min drive to CBD. Enjoy the panoramic sunset views of River Derwent, Mount Wellington and Mount Nelson. Beautiful walking tracks along the shore take you to the city. Popular fishing spot. You will have access to the entire ground floor of our property including an independent entrance and parking. Enjoy the spacious living of a lounge room, dining, 2 bedrooms, a master bathroom, laundry, kitchenette and work desk. The Patio is safe and spacious for a young family and the Alfresco area with a BBQ & dining facility while enjoying the sun. Our guests always compliment our organic veggie and fruit patch! Ask us what is available and we would be delighted to provide fresh produce. Complimentary Breakfast items provided: cereals, tea & coffee, milk, a loaf of bread and spreads. There are modern fittings throughout as it is a brand new property. During your stay with us, you will have access to: - 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed and 1 with double bed). - A spacious lounge room with a large window overlooking the garden and the water view, with a 50" Smart HD TV logged in to Netflix and other apps. - Unlimited Wifi & high-speed NBN Internet - A master bathroom; Beautiful Vanity with a large mirror, open glass panel shower and a toilet. - A Laundry (equipped with brand new dryer and multifunctional washing machine). - Air conditioning facilities (Heating and Cooling). - A kitchenette with a portable cooktop (2 hot plates), pots & pans for cooking. Dinnerware (16 Pieces), tea sets, etc. - Parking in the driveway and lots of off-street parking. - BBQ (5 burners) within an alfresco area - Fishing rods are available Our guests' privacy is the utmost priority. We would be delighted to welcome our guests in and tour around the place but Guests are very welcome to self-check-in if they wish. We speak English, Persian, Urdu/Hindi and Punjabi fluently. Our sunny neighbourhood offers unbeatable views throughout the day. In summer, the cool breeze of the shore and elegance of the surroundings make for a tranquil experience. Alternatively, you may opt for a pleasant walk on the delightful Clarence walking trail. A bus stop is situated just across the road from us and on frequent schedules within Eastern shore and CBD. However, we advise renting a car during your stay in Hobart as it has proven to be convenient for our previous guests for their travel plans in and out of Hobart. Please note that we do not allow: - Smoking indoors. - Shoes inside - 4 pairs of comfy slippers are provided.
