This is an independent unit, with complete privacy. The guest house is one story, so there is no one above or below you. The place comes with its own set of washer and dryer. Comes with a quiet, highly efficient Mitsubishi air conditioner/heater combo. You control the temperature in your unit year-round. Hardwood flooring throughout. You will have a dedicated parking space and driveway on the side of the house. The unit is professionally cleaned after each guest. All the bedding and towels are thoroughly laundered and disinfected between guests. Come and go as you please! Since the unit is so private and independent, you will hardly see us. We live in a quiet, and safe neighborhood. Easy access to 101 and 280. 10 minutes to Stanford and Palo Alto 5 minutes to downtown Redwood City. It is helpful to have a car, but you can easily get around with public transportation or uber. We are looking for guests who: Do not smoke! Do not use recreational drugs! Do not use marijuana! No pets are allowed. No exceptions!
