There is a wood burner, snug with sofa bed off the living area, and state of the art Leicht kitchen, featuring Neff double oven with built-in microwave and grill, an island with induction hob and pop-up extraction system, larder fridge with separate freezer compartment, slimline wine chiller. Double sink with Quooker tap providing filtered cold, hot, and boiling water, and a waste disposal unit, plus the luxury of two dishwashers. Staircase leading to the lower hall, utility shower room with washer and tumble dryer. Bedrooms and baths Bedroom one with king-size bed, en-suite, floor to ceiling windows opening onto a patio with a seating area. Bedroom two with choice twin beds or upon requests, a super-king bed and luxury en-suite with walk-through shower and freestanding bath. The sofa will turn in to a bed to accommodate a further 2 guests. Guests will have access to the whole apartment. Making this an area to explore to its fullest on your visit. Other things to note Parking is restricted in the City Centre. We recommend you park at Redcliffe Parade Long Stay Car Park. Alternatively, you can often find cheaper parking using Your Parking Space near by. Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 19:00 - outside of these hours it is free. A welcome pack featuring coffee, tea, milk will be there for your arrival. Each apartment has a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. Linen will not be left for the sofa bed if it is not requested. Beds will be left as singles in the master bedroom if you do not request for the beds to be made as a super king 2 days prior to your check-in. ***Strictly no parties*** This apartment is in a residential area; therefore it is not suitable for a Hen or stag do's or as a pre-night out venue.
