Greetings Are you looking for a safe, affordable, clean, private, fully furnished, quiet place to stay while in Atlanta? If so, look no further. I have a lovely, comfy, and cozy house available. This house is perfect for a small family or two adults who would like a their own private bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms are fully-furnished. There's a Queen size bed in the master bedroom and Full size bed in bedroom number #2, and a twin bed in bedroom #3. Two bathrooms are available upstairs. There's a 1/2 bath available in the laundry room on the first level. There's a two door car garage attached to house, one has a garage door opener, the other one has a manual garage door opener. The house is nestled in quiet family friendly subdivision. Great for a morning walking/run. Please contact me, you can expect slower response after 10 pm or before 7 am. •Ensure all belongings are removed from property not later than checkout. •The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. •Ensure adequate insurance coverage for personal property and losses due to fire, theft, personal injury to others beginning at check in date. •Owner assumes NO responsibility for valuable, lost, damaged, stolen or misplaced items. •No Smoking, No hazardous material allowed at any time. Guest will be charged a minimum $250 for smoking or pet violations. •No illegal activities in the house. •No illegal drugs on the premises at any time. •No removal of house inventory at any time – i.e. equipment, furniture, towels, bed linens etc. •No cooking in any room except kitchen. •Keep noise down to reasonable levels at all times. After 10:30 pm, any sound generated within house should not be heard outside of house. •Minors must be attended at all times. Good Neighborliness •Maintaining good relations with the neighbors is absolutely essential. •Be sensitive of noise levels, particularly after 10:30 pm. •Complaints by neighbors will be taken seriously, and may result in you being asked to leave. Motor Vehicles and Parking •Our policy is to limit the number of cars kept on the property to no more than two. •Parking on lawn is prohibited at all times. Owner Access * Please empty waste baskets/garbage cans in outside garbage bin. You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250
