Lovely Beacon Home

Our family home is the perfect place to spend some time and explore Beacon. We have a warm, cozy feel to our home, lots of natural light, and plenty of space to enjoy your time. If you're traveling with children we have plenty of toys and crafts that they can use during their stay. We also have a pack and play available if needed. The house has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin size bunk beds, and an office/ bedroom with a full size futon/ foam mattress. Additionally the living room has a full size pull out mattress. A queen size air mattress can be made available upon request. We also have camping pads for kids that can be made available upon request. We have one full bathroom upstairs. We are walking distance from Beacon's main street, which has many art studios, restaurants/bars, cafes, local handmade goods, and other treasures to explore. We have a driveway you can park in, and you will access the house through the side door, as that is where the keypad entry is. We are usually available for questions depending on the time of your stay. Go and check out Long Dock park by the train station for a walk or run by the water. One of our favorite local ice pop shops, Zora Dora is about a 15 min walk from our house. And the golf course is right off of our backyard, so feel free to check it out! We are located about a 10 minute walk to the Metro North train station--where you can catch the train to NYC. There are two lovely parks down by the train station as well--one with a playground and the other has walking paths. There are local buses that can provide transportation around the area too. We have two super sweet cats, each about 1 year old (Pebble-grey, Rhubarb-black). They are indoor only cats, and are great with kids, and generally like being snuggled. There's a small grocery store and natural food store in Beacon. Adam's Fairacre Farms (a local grocery store with farmer's market style produce) is about a 1O min drive away in Newburgh. We love cooking and have plenty of kitchen tools that will help support you in making glorious meals during your stay. There are also loads of wonderful places to eat out in Beacon!
