Entire apartment. Separate entrance. Cosy and private newly decorated in a French/beach style vibe. This separate self contained flat is in a quiet culdesac close to the city. Buses and supermarket just around the corner, 8 min drive to the city and a 15 min drive to Mt Maunganui where there's a spectacular array of shops and restaurants to suit everyone, a stroll away from the beach or the waterfront at the strand. Walk /cycle down the beautiful Waikareao walkway see the birds if you're quiet. We're currently landscaping the back courtyard, so it's not ready for use. The front has a nice little shaded area with a small table and chairs. Private front area. Our neighborhood is really quiet with a couple of young families and elderly people. Buses can be caught at New World Brookfield which is a 5min walk from the house. If you have bikes there is a cycleway and boardwalk going down to the esturey at the end of the Street and many cycleways around Tauranga and the Mount. Taxis are also available. Breakfast is Continental. Tea, coffee provided, cereals, bread and butter and condiments there is a toaster provided.
