Il Canto delle Cicale is plunged in an olive grove on the hillside overlooking the bay of Krithoni, head south, north of the belly and west of the throat … right there: straight to the heart … this is where Leros is located at the center of the Dodecanese, at the border of Mediterranean see and at the doorstep of smile. 10 mins by walk from Agia Marina and 10 mins from every place on the island, we’re right in the heart of Leros and we provide a warm family environment for your stay, all our rooms have private bathroom, a/c, minifridge, wifi, hair dryer, coffee/tea facilities. On our land you can relax in the jacuzzi (from 12am to 08pm) have a drink at the bar, read a book on the hammocks or simply laze under our olive trees We are always delighted in having a chat with our guests about the island, life and ouzo of course. Suggestions and hints are usually at hand and we know the best places to melt in. (Should you feel grumpy sometimes, we might as well be quiet) Il Canto delle Cicale lies in a peacefull place, 10 minutes far from the traditional village named Agia Marina where you will find greek tavernas, coffe shop ( ouzerie), little shops, atm, mini-markets and the dock for your sail trips. Being in such strategic position makes it easy reaching each and every last hidden beach/place/tavernas you want. As we already said you will need a car or a motobike but you can also go for a taxi or use the island bus which stops in Agia Marina (please be aware that it makes only few trips per day) As you might have noticed you can enjoy the most beautiful view on the island, you will wake up with the sun raising up from the castel and enjoy a colorful sunset at the end of the day. To achieve all of this is gonna take 10 minutes walking from agia Marina and the sea as we are up on the hill, we strongly suggest to rent a car/motobike
