Welcome to leafy Upper Bangor, with views across the Menai Straights to Anglesey, this is the perfect location to explore North Wales. The flat is in a lovely quiet area of Bangor, close to amenities but with some great walks from your doorstep. The flat is used as student accommodation from Sept to June, but this is probably one of the best student flats in the area. The flat was redecorated throughout in early July. You’ll have the use of all three large and spacious bedrooms, a wet room bathroom tiled throughout in limestone tiles, a relaxing sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen looking out across the garden. This is a basement flat, accessed from the rear of the property. It may be accessible to those with mobility issues. Guests can use the garden and the drive as well as the flat. We live nearby, and we’re happy to offer help and advice by email or phone, but otherwise we’ll leave you to your own devices. Dol Menai is a quiet area if Upper Bangor. The rear of the property opens into fields that lead down to the sea and the Costal path. There are supermarkets and pubs within easy walking distance. Menai Bridge is just a quick 5 minute drive away, and from there you have the whole of Anglesey at your disposal. Bangor lies at the foot of Snowdonia too, so this is a great location to explore everything North Wales has to offer. Bangor is an ideal hub if your using public transport - London is just 3.5 hours on the train, and from here there are local buses throughout the area. If you choose to drive you’ll have use of the drive for up to 3 cars.
