In 2012 Little Rock Barn was beautifully converted into a modern functional space, while retaining the character of the original dairy with vaulted ceilings and stone walls. Being located in the Wye Valley, this is an ideal place for those wishing to walk, cycle, canoe or just explore the hidden gems of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The open plan layout creates a light and airy space. Underfloor heating throughout and a lovely wood burner offers a cosy atmosphere. The barn has ample space for parking, front garden and patio; at the rear is a secure patio area and decorative gravel area. From the front door and garden there is a stunning view of the Wye Valley and surrounding countryside. **Pictures may vary as furniture is replaced from time to time** We like to give our guests their privacy but of course can be available any time to answer any questions or sort out any problems. Please don't hesitate to contact me. The barn is set in an estate with other barn conversions on a non working farm - you may spot a few sheep who are around to keep the grass down. The city of Hereford and the market towns of Ross on Wye, Ledbury and Newent are within easy driving distance and the near-by villages of Fownhope and Much Marcle have excellent country pubs. Although set in unspoilt countryside, the barn is approximately a 10 minute drive from the M50. A car is essential to get here but there are plenty of sign posted walks and bicycle routes nearby. Smart TV available for guests to access Movies and catch up television. Board games and a small selection of books for guests to use during their stay - currently unavailable due to COVID-19.
