Without any tourist growth and consequently without shops, traffic, and noise, it becomes the ideal destination for those who seek relaxation, tranquility, and peace. The house, a newly built detached house of 120 m², is customized to an older building of the previous century and it is located at the crest of a hill—at the edge of the village—among olive trees and cypresses. It is surrounded by a 2.000 m2 garden that has an infinite view of the beautiful nature of the island without being exposed. A cock, the chirrup of the birds, and the distant sound of a potential rural job are the only sounds that a visitor might hear. The house consists of two levels: 1. Ground floor •Dining room, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (all together connected) •1 bedroom with a double bed •Bathroom 2. First floor – attic •2 bedrooms in the open, without doors or walls, (the 1st with a double bed and the 2nd with 2 single beds). At least 6 people can stay in the 3 bedrooms and 2 in the living room. Location The village is located at a hub among many beautiful beaches of Northwestern Corfu. It is •3,5 km away from the charming Arillas •4 km away from the endless beach of Saint George •4 km away from the cosmopolitan Sidari and the famous Canal d’ Amour beach •5 km away from Saint Stefanos and its long sandy beach •6 km away from the breathtaking beaches in Peroulades Along the above distances, one can find numerous restaurants, café’s, super markets, shops, and all the necessary tourist attractions that match every taste and preference. The nearest supermarket is only 2 km away while a bakery and a gas station are only 0,5 km away. Corfu Town and the International airport “Ioannis Kapodistrias” are 34 km away. For your transportation, a car is necessary and it can reach the garden.
