Basic kitchenette and dining area, mezzanine lounge and large bedroom. Lots of space. Please note: Shower room and toilet downstairs, no bath. Basic kitchenette facilities inc oven and fridge. Self check in/out via key safe. Not suitable for small children under 5 due to mezzanine floor. (EV charger at extra cost) The coach house is in our garden so you need to walk down our driveway past the main house and through the garden. There is a pathway and security lights. We are just less than 1 mile from Sheffield University and a little further from the city centre. Both walkable or a quick bus ride (number 95). Hallamshire hospital, Weston hospital, Childrens hospital and Jessops hospital all within 1 mile also. Walkley and Crookesmoor local shops nearby (Asda, butchers, bakery, pubs, cash machines, takeaways). We are in the Walkley area and very close to Crookes. Park nearby. The 95 bus goes about every 10 minutes to University and City Centre. Free on street parking available outside our house. No parties and no extra overnight guests. Thank you.
