Fully furnished bedroom with its private bathroom on the first floor of a typical house of Le Mans. 10 minutes walk from the city center, 5 minutes from the Congress center and tramway station to reach the 24 Hours of Le Mans’ circuit. - Double bed. Bedding was changed on October 2018! - Coffee and tea in the bedroom - You have your own bathroom + WC - Wifi and TV Typical house of Le Mans with three floors, close to public transports, stores, city center and old city. The bedroom is fully furnished with taste and is on the first floor. A bathroom only for you is available with towels, shower gel and shampoo. You can store some products in the fridge in the kitchen. Bedroom, bathroom with WC We shall be happy to provide you advise about Le Mans’ sightseeing and the region. You will find at your arrival a home-made selection of restaurants and stores so that you enjoy your stay in Le Mans. We speak French, English and German. The neighbourhood is composed of houses and mansion houses, not far from the river « La Sarthe ». You will find urban cores (supermarket, bakery, etc.) and you reach the city center very quickly. It’s very easy to reach the house from the central station (12 minutes walk), by car (parking in the street is free) and with public transport (bus line and tramway with direct route to the 24 Hours of Le Mans’ circuit).
