The open sea view on the island of Molara and Punta di Capocodacavallo completes the beauty of this property, ideal for those who want to enjoy a comfortable holiday, but in absolute privacy and tranquility. Outside it is also possible to have lunch on a large table, all in Sardinian stone, positioned near the kitchen. Upon their arrival the guests will be accompanied for the delivery of the keys and for all the necessary information. We will also be available for further needs and to provide information when requested. Rising on a hill, the villa is surrounded by nature, but still close to the main services and the center of San Teodoro where there are clubs, restaurants, discos and supermarkets. The most beautiful beaches in the area can be reached in 10-15 minutes (La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, Capocodacavallo, Cala Brandinchi, Porto Taverna etc.) while the towns of Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are about 40 km away. At about 1 Km., down from the heights, there is however a complete market with everything, a rotisserie and two bars which allow you to find the necessary without going to San Teodoro. On summer evenings the center of San Teodoro comes to life with about 100 stalls, the famous "Coclearia" market with artisanal products and typical foods. The villa is 20-25 minutes from Olbia and can be easily reached both from the port and from the airport
