Huge shopping mall is a 5 min drive away as well as local shops within walking distance. City 30min drive and Manly 7min drive. You can park on the road outside the house. Buses run to the City, Manly & Surrounding Areas regularly. We have honey bee hives in the back of our garden which are lovely to watch but not ideal for toddlers or very inquisitive dogs!
