The house on the three sides rests on a street and on the fourth side it is separated by a wall from the neighboring building, providing enough isolation and privacy from the surrounding houses. Within 5-10 minutes' walk there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, a gas station and a hospital. Villa Depy is a 10-minute walk from the Intercity Bus Station with itineraries for any part of the island. In addition to the private car park of the house, the rear road also provides many free parking spaces. The house is provided with food for the stray kittens in the neighborhood, and those guests who want it can supply it with water. For guests staying longer than 3 nights, a consultation with my brother can be made on watering plants and trees. Watering is done with two tires, not automatically, a process that takes a little time and effort.
