My condominium has easy access to Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya all within 30mins. This area is very calm during the day and very quiet during the night. The Space My condo is a brand new, modern and cosy (1,864 sq ft) 3 + 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms fully furnished serviced residence suitable for large family outings. I have put in a lot of personal touches to make sure it looks tasteful and yet simple. Located on a mid floor, my condo has 2 moderate size balcony spaces facing the swimming pool and you can hear the water splashing from the kids play pool. You can enjoy the nights on the balcony reading your favourite book or just chill out enjoying the night breeze from the forest reserve nearby. My condo is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and small families (with kids). It can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably with 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. All bathrooms come with built-in water heaters. It is also equipped with necessities such as air-conditioning, ceiling fan, sofa, WiFi, TV with android box, kitchen cabinet, fridge, internet, water dispenser, dining sets, toiletries, towels, hair dryer, washer, cooking area, gas stove, water filter and etc. You will have the whole apartment to yourselves during the entire stay. My condo facility and areas are equipped with security card access for unit access, common areas and also facilities. Condo facilities are located on the 3rd floor which can only be accessed via a secure access card. Guest can use the following facilities like swimming pool, wading pool, gym, children’s playground, walking track, steam and sauna, yoga and pilates room and function halls. A great place to spend some quality time after a long and tiring trip would be the swimming pool and the gymnasium. Please keep the facilities and surrounding areas clean for the benefit of other guest. I also have two (2) covered parking lots. You can use my condo as a wedding house, a gathering place for reunion of friends’, as an executive suite, for outstation family trips, for business group trips or as a home stay for overseas travellers. I charge a cleaning fee from RM 60 – RM 150 to help maintain my place. If you have a large group of more than 6 persons, there will be additional RM 35 per person. Check out time can be extended till 2pm if informed earlier or if there is no new guest checking-in on the same day I can arrange FREE AIRPORT PICKUP for you! (worth RM 150) for guest who stay for one (1) week and above. I can also provide car rental services (chargeable) and also be your local tour guide for your entire trip (chargeable). I will be using a MPV to chauffer you around on local tours or city escapades. Please inform me earlier if you need these as I can arrange my work schedule to fit into your travel schedules.
